Deliveries to Asia usually take about 5-7 business days.
Deliveries to North American / Europe take about 10-15 business days.

EXPEDITED WORLDWIDE SHIPPING

Worldwide shipping is available for a flat rate of $17 USD

Orders are individually shipped via FEDEX from Seoul, South Korea.

Your order will usually take about 1-3 business days to arrive at your doorstep.

ORDER PROCESSING & SHIPPING TIME

All our products are individually handcrafted and packaged, orders usually take 1-3 business days to process. 

We recommend expedited worldwide shipping via FEDEX and/or EMS. This guarantees that products arrive reliably on time. Expedited Shipment takes 1-3 business days, although certain regions may take longer. If your package does not arrive within 8 business days from shipment, please contact our customer service center.

Free International shipping (regular shipping) is shipped via International Post involving the South Korean post office and the customer's local post office. In the rare case of a problem, it may require the customer to file a claim with the customer's local post office. BE.ARUM does not have the negotiating rights to file a claim to other international post offices other than the South Korean post office. Be assured, all our orders are mandated to include tracking information so the case of a lost package is very rare.

Sometimes we receive too many orders at a time and since we handcraft each bracelet our orders can get backed up. In that case, we will let you know ASAP of our production conditions. If you require immediate shipping, do contact us individually as expedited production is available at at request.

Depending on the quantity of orders placed, it may take longer. We would like to assure our customers that we will do everything we can to deliver your order as fast as possible to wherever you are. In case of delays, please know that we are working to serve you best.

 

FASTER SHIPPING?

We already ship our products via Fedex or EMS that allow our customers to receive bracelets within 1-3 business days. However, if you feel that you need faster delivery or same day service do contact us and we will quote you a customized delivery option.

 

CUSTOMS AND TAXES

Destination countries may levy taxes on your purchased goods, which the receiver will be responsible for. BE.ARUM is not responsible for unpaid customs taxes, and will not provide refunds for orders sent back due to customs issues. Please check your county’s customs policies before placing your order.

 

OTHER DISCLOSURES

BE.ARUM is not responsible for packages sent back due to factors outside our control, such as the absence of the recipient, customs, etc. Additional shipping charges will result from such situations, which is not the same as our usual discounted shipping charge. When a shipment is sent back, there will be an email regarding the situation, and when proper action is not taken within 3 weeks, we reserve the right to dispose the shipment.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES


 

SATISFACTION IS OUR TOP PRIORITY

We want to put a smile on your face not a frown. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with our products and wish to return or exchange an item please advise us within 7 days of receipt. Items must not have been used or damaged in anyway. You will be responsible for the cost of postage/courier for returned goods unless the original item was shipped in error. 

 

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

Please re-package your item carefully so that it returns to us undamaged. You will be responsible for the package until we receive it so please make sure your item is insured and/or able to be traced. We recommend using an insured postage/courier method as we can not accept responsibility for items not shipped by ourselves.

 

MY BRACELET HAS A PROBLEM. WHAT DO I DO?

First of all, so sorry that your bracelet has a defect! We do our best to make sure that our order satisfies our customers' needs. If you find that the bracelet does have a problem feel free to contact us as soon as possible so that we may issue you a refund or an exchange.
