Your jewelry will arrive individually packaged in our custom boxes. Comes with a gift box, a jewelry pouch and a special BE.ARUM card explaining the jewelry's meaning. The packaging is as premium as the jewelry itself.

Yes! Prices displayed on the website are exclusive of shipping. We offer FREE expedited shipping on orders over $100 (to Asia and North America), $150 (to Europe & all other countries) after discounts are applied.
Of course! We completely understand that you might occasionally change your mind. You can send most unworn jewelry back within 2 weeks of the ship date for a full refund or credit. Please include your original invoice with your return, and note the reason for return. Without order information, we will be unable to process your return. If you are unable to retrieve your invoice, please send us an email and we will send you an electronic copy.
You will receive an email notification from BE.ARUM when we process your refund. Please allow 20 business days for your package to arrive and our Returns Department to refund your original form of payment. For more about our return policy, visit the Returns page, or reference the invoice included in your box.

Unless you received an order confirmation, we did not charge your card. If your credit card was declined, you may see pending transactions for each attempt to submit payment. The pending transaction will clear up within three to five business days, depending on your bank, and will never turn into a charge. You will always get an email confirmation when an order is successfully placed on our site. Please check your billing address before submitting the order again.

We only ship via FEDEX to provide you a premium shopping experience. International shipping via Airmail not only takes long, but many times they are very difficult to track. However, upon request, we may ship via regular airmail. Please note that it can take up to a month for your product to arrive with regular shipping.
