INTERNATIONAL RETURN POLICY
We want to put a smile on your face not a frown. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with our products feel free to return it within two weeks of the ship date. Custom/Engraved items are non-returnable/non-refundable.
Items must not have been used or damaged in anyway. Please note that we do not offer free shipping for international returns. Customers are responsible for return shipping, duties, taxes and fees.
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM
To return your order, please include the original invoice, as well as any gift with purchase. Please re-package your item carefully so that it returns to us undamaged. You will be responsible for the package until we receive it so please make sure your item is insured and/or able to be traced. We recommend using an insured postage/courier method as we can not accept responsibility for items not shipped by ourselves.
You will receive an email notification from BE.ARUM when we receive and process your return. Please allow 20 business days for your return to be processed.
