Why Silk Thread?
Silk threads are used in many kinds of embroidery. Silk threads absorb dye extremely well and it sews smoothly without breaking. It has the strength of polyester and stability of cotton. It also has a distinct sheen due to which it is costlier than the other varieties. The type of silk thread that we used are  Myeongju, a type of silk that has no pattern. It's soft texture and elegant glow are it's distinctive characteristics. Compared to cotton thread, silk thread is easier to maintain because it's washable and virtually lint-free. Cotton thread is not ideal to be used for bracelets too because it can wrinkle easily  It can wrinkle very badly and the fabric will eventually thin our and perish with regular use.
